- Combine, yeast, chili powder, cumin, salt, hummus, and cayenne in a small bowl and add water until a pourable sauce is formed. Mix in the parsley and set aside.
- Press dry and crumble the tofu, mince the garlic, and dice the optional additional veggies.
- Heat a large pan with oil.
- If adding optional additional veg, add it now.
- Add tofu and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and continue for two more minutes.
- Add the pourable sauce and cook for another 3 minutes.
