"Ooooowweeee! That's good hummus. Way better than store bought."
1 450ml (14 oz) can of chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained and liquid reserved
1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp of that bean liquid
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Remit all ingredients into your Ninja* in the order listed and blend.
Decorate with the optional paprika.
